Peggy Jesme has over 30 years of construction management experience working for leading Southern California general contractors, tenant brokerage firms and most recently 20 years with a well-known developer/property owner.  This multi-faceted experience has helped Peggy become a leader in the design and construction industry with a wide base of knowledge and a very diverse portfolio of projects.

Peggy’s longevity in the industry has allowed her to complete hundreds of successful projects over a 30 year span, focusing mostly on large and complicated tenant improvement work, including office, lab, hospital, and base building /exterior renovations.

Peggy has expertise in all facets of project management, always with a ‘client first’ perspective, and with a full understanding of the client’s needs and objectives.   Her expertise includes pre-construction activities, procurement, permitting, estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting, contract reconciliation, decommissioning and relocation.  Additionally, Peggy provides tenant assistance and coordination as needed with all FF&E requirements.  Peggy specializes in high-level organization, efficient communication, and day-to-day project management operations.

Peggy’s most recent project experience includes several high-end T.I. projects for ServiceNow* totaling more than 250,000 s.f., a 60,000 s.f. T.I. project for Smart Drive* and a six phased, client occupied T.I. project for Marsh McClellan* totaling 60,0000 s.f.

During the initial stages of a project, Peggy’s scope of services includes due diligence, scheduling, budgeting, design team selection, design management, value engineering, estimating, constructability review, entitlements and permitting. Once design and permitting are complete, Peggy then handles bidding and management of the construction process, including construction observation, change order review, budget management, document control, schedule monitoring and recovery planning, FF&E installation management and occupancy.

Peggy attended Mesa College and has had training throughout her career to ensure she is current on various industry updates such as building code and T-24 changes, as well as being informed on best business practices based on client needs.
