Here’s How We Did It
Gilliland Construction Management provided construction and schedule management services through final punch list and occupancy. This included weekly meetings, weekly site visits and inspections, and weekly schedule status reports. The project consisted of 5-floors over podium deck, 83 studio units and 1 manager unit, rooftop patio, rooftop solar panels, interior courtyard, community rooms, underground parking, and multiple elevators.
