Here’s How We Did It
Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services, including management of the design, permitting, and construction of this project. The initial phase of this project included adding 30,000 sf of mezzanine space for additional square footage. Once the mezzanine was erected, construction began on 50,000 sf tenant improvement of general office space, private offices, conferencing areas, restrooms, breakrooms, showers and locker rooms and 40,000 sf of lab and industrial space. The project achieved LEED certification and incorporated DIRTT Modular Wall Systems and DIRTT Raised Floor Systems.
