Here’s How We Did It

Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services, including management of the design, permitting, bidding and construction process. The project encompassed the re- construction and restoration of approx. 10,000 sf of existing building and tenant improvements that was destroyed by fire in March 2018. The scope of work included new structural steel columns, roof and roof framing. All new lighting, storefront glazing systems and complete interiors were constructed to encompass (5) five new flex office/warehouse suites.
