Here’s How We Did It

Gilliland Construction Management is currently providing construction and schedule management services from demolition through final construction, occupancy, and punch list on this 195 unit multifamily project. This includes weekly meetings, weekly site visits and inspections, and weekly schedule status reports. The project consisted of 5-floors over podium deck of 117 Senior one bedroom Units and 78 Family two and three bedroom Units, patios, interior courtyard, community rooms, underground parking, and multiple elevators.
