Here’s How We Did It

Gilliland Construction Management was retained to manage the overall construction of this complicated TI project. The project achieved LEED Gold certification project and incorporated DIRTT Modular Wall Systems and DIRTT Raised Floor Systems. Key components included a full cafeteria, a gym with a yoga studio and showers, a large multi-purpose presentation room with two modular walls, a large server room with a generator and UPS backup system, and a beautiful main lobby with terrazzo floors, stainless steel handrails and a Green Wall.
