Here’s How We Did It

Gilliland Construction Management provided project management services representing the property owner for this office tenant improvement in the Mission Valley area. The TI project is approximately 76,000sf in an existing two-story commercial building. The project was a complete remodel of the interior of the building throughout including new electrical and mechanical systems. The TI included new flooring, ceilings, millwork, lighting and new restrooms on both floors. The design accommodates large open office areas at both floors, with interior private offices, a large break room/lounge area on the first floor and conferencing areas. The project also includes the installation of a new generator for back-up power to the critical IT network infrastructure for the office.
