Here’s How We Did It

Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services, including management of the design, permitting, bidding and construction process. The project was located in Block D, a 60,000 s.f. collaborative office hub located in the East Village. The project encompassed the improvement of approx. 8,000 s.f. of new shell space occupying the entire 5th floor. The scope of work included a large entertainment/break room area, conferencing rooms, private offices, photo studio, huddle rooms and open office areas. LEED Certified building components were incorporated utilizing the ‘LocBit’ Building Management system which allows remote access to the roll-up doors, lighting, exterior window coverings and HVAC system.
