Gilliland CM is proud to announce the start Prospect Home Finance. Demolition has been completed for its future home! Prospect Home Finance is a home lending corporation that will be relocating into the heart of La Jolla and occupying approximately 23,000 of new office space for their growing company. The tenant space is comprised of street level and the ground level office space. The ground level space is adjacent to the stunning exterior amenity space which includes shaded tables, lush landscape, and a beautiful water feature. The office suites will all be glass with unique lighting and open concept ceilings including the conference rooms, and the large open concept kitchen that leads out to the exterior common area. There will also be large folding windows with seating below to allow employees to sit just inside the suite and have lunch countertop style while enjoying the fresh open air. The lively finish pallet will be in keeping with the company’s brand colors. Occupancy is targeted for October, 2021.
