Gilliland CM recently completed a 90K SF expansion for a Fortune 1000 client in UTC. The project was kicking off right as COVID hit and the team worked tirelessly to maintain budget and schedule, completing the project prior to the end of 2020. The project not only added workstations, offices and conference rooms for the employees, but featured large training rooms, brand new breakrooms with 20’ ceilings and a game room to relax and blow off steam. As employees return to the workplace this beautiful spacious office will make them feel welcome and safe.
