Gilliland CM recently completed two exterior canopies over an existing parking and loading area for a large San Diego company. Gilliland CM was retained to manage the design, bidding, permitting, and construction for the project. The larger of the two canopies spans 95’ with a cantilevered roof requiring large steel posts and 15’ deep footings. The canopies include overhead electrical charging stations and racking for storage.
