The 450 B Street Ground floor Amenity Space is under major renovation! The amenity space will be modern, open concept, and will include a new reception lobby with comfortable seating, a brand new state of the art fitness center complete with locker rooms, and modern outdoors seating space to allow opportunities to enjoy sunshine and fresh air for the tenants! The second floor is targeted to start the first quarter of 2021 and will include new state of the art conferencing centers as a building amenity as well. Combined, these two amenity spaces will total 14,744 sf. The project is being constructed by BYCOR General Contractors, Inc and the Architect is Gensler San Diego.
