Our client, a Fortune 1000 company, continues to expand their footprint with the build out of 90,000 sf over 3 floors in the University Town Center area. We have moved into the exciting finishes stage of the project! Drywall, tape and finish work was expedited to accommodate the client’s move-in schedule. Painting is ongoing on all 3 floors, millwork is being installed, new tile work in restrooms and light installation is ongoing. Concrete floor polishing is also underway on the 3rd floor. The project includes open break room areas and large, 20’ ceilings on the 3rd Floor.
