Gilliland CM recently completed the buildout of new space and refresh of existing space for a Fortune 500 client in Kirkland, WA. This 3 floor phased project included the management of the design, bidding, permitting, construction and FF&E scopes of work. What began as a multiphase project late in 2019 to accommodate occupied spaces on two of the floors morphed into one giant phase as the client shifted to work from home in March 2020. Working with the client, contractor and vendors to modify procurement plans, on site staffing, and implement COVID 19 safety protocols right away allowed us to still complete the project within the original time frame. The space includes new All Hands conference rooms, game rooms, break rooms, offices, focus rooms, conference rooms, main lobby, and open workstations. Thank you to all our partners to pull off this exciting project. Now our client has a clean fresh space to implement their back to the workplace strategy.
