Groundbreaking news! Work has commenced on a 196 multi-family development in City Heights. Gilliland Construction Management is providing project oversight and management for this new multi-family project in the City Heights neighborhood. The project consists of 117 Low Income Senior Housing units and 78 two and three bedroom family units. The 5 story structures will include multipurpose rooms, community rooms, a town square, patios and gardens and a play area. The project has been designed by the world-renowned Rob Wellington Quigley. Emerson Construction is the general contractor and work is slated to be complete August of 2022.
