Gilliland Construction Management is representing a High Tech client in Rancho Bernardo for the build out of approximately 17,000sf in an existing four story building. Construction began in May and is progressing at a rapid pace. Interior work includes installation of a new VRF HVAC system. The new VRF units have been installed in the mechanical room and fan coils have been installed in the ceiling. Exterior work has begun for the footings at the new exterior patio. The project will include a custom LED light sculpture that will represent the many lines of communication within the world wide web. Structural supports and electrical connections have been installed for the new light sculpture. Once completed, the project will be utilized as a reception and presentation area by the company for customers as well as internal employees. We are excited to see this project progress!
