Our client, a Fortune 1000 company, is expanding their footprint with the build out of 90,000 sf over 3 floors in the University Town Center area. It’s a busy job site with rough-in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical as well as framing and drywall underway on all 3 floors simultaneously. This project includes open break room areas and large, 20’ ceilings on the 3rd Floor. The project also includes polished concrete floors, large conference rooms, unique break out areas and open office spaces.
