Gilliland CM is proud to team up with one of our local partners to work on a 57 unit apartment project that will help provide housing for low income families. This project in Oakland, CA is already moving full steam ahead, recently pouring the podium deck in late April and now standing the 2 level of wood framed walls. This project is tracking to be open and helping out that community in the 2nd half of next year.
