Our multi-family project at 2828 Broadway is really benefiting from this spell of dry weather. After getting power lines undergrounded and out on alley arms, it has allowed us to complete the framing and erect the scaffolding. Lath is completing, windows and sliding doors are in, and stucco and interiors work won’t be far behind. This 34-unit complex of studio and 1 bedroom apartments should be available for rent this fall!
