Gilliland Construction Management is representing our client for the tenant build out of approximately 73,870 sf of an existing two story building in Mission Valley. The construction began in March and is scheduled for completion by the end of August. The project includes a new main lobby, entry and reception, large break room and meeting room/lounge area, large open office areas on both floors, private offices and conferencing rooms located on both floors. The project also included the installation of three new large HVAC package units.
Once completed, approximately 560 employees will be relocated from a previous location in Mission Valley to the new location. We are excited to see this project progress!
