So long rain!  We’ve broken ground and grading operations have begun on GCM’s latest ground up project for a Fortune 500 client.  The 25,000sf warehouse will house a machine shop, a large logistics storage warehouse, a mezzanine with an elevator, office space for employees, conference rooms, break area, and restrooms.   The pre-engineered building will have CPI panels at opposing ends to help soften that warehouse feel. Going to be a great looking project when it’s completed.
