Gilliland Construction Management recently managed a tenant improvement for the Law Firm Crowell Moring in Orange County. The project encompassed approximately. 21,000 Sq. ft. including a complete remodel of the 20th floor and a portion of the 19th floor of an existing law firm. The project included a remodel of the existing elevator lobby on the 20th floor, new main entry lobby space, conference rooms, large break room and entertainment area, new private and open office areas. One area of note is the large Skyfold partition at the main conference room for smaller break out groups and meetings.
