Gilliland CM is proud to announce that Jason Berge has joined the GCM team. Jason brings over 16 of experience from the general contracting and owner representative side of the business. Jason’s experience spans a wide variety of projects, including ground-up large box Retail, Class A office tenant improvements, Multi Family ground-up and remodels, Medical Office and Hospital tenant improvements, Residential Builds, Restaurant remodel and capital improvements, Warehouse ground-up, and University ground-up facilities.
Over his career, Jason has completed over 125 projects valued in excess of $500 million.
