Gilliland CM is working with a great client to construct a new wellness center in Oceanside. The ground up project consists of approximately 90,000sf of office space in a new three story concrete tilt up building. The project also includes a two story above ground parking garage with EV charging stations. The building will include three elevators, full service restrooms at each floor, a fitness center and locker rooms, computer lab, open office space, break rooms, conferencing rooms, training areas and private offices. The project is anticipated to be occupied by the end of 2020.
