A new café, Break All Day Café, is open at Ampers&nd, the newest class A office space in Mission Valley and the former SD Union Tribune campus. GCM assisted in the final design, permitting, construction and fit out of the 3000 SF café. Utilizing as much existing infrastructure and finishes as possible the space has open to structure ceiling, sealed concrete floors, new bar and server area and a new kitchen space.
Break All Day Café will serve the tenants of the 330,000 SF campus. Partners in the project include, Casey Brown Company, Pacific Building Group, Baker Architecture and Haven Design.
