GCM’s latest multi-family project, The Villas on The Park in San Jose, CA was completed towards the end of last year. The ground up, 84-unit, six-floor building is wood framed, and features rooftop solar panels, multiple community rooms, interior courtyard, garage parking, elevators, and beautiful wood & tile exterior cladding. Thanks to a great client and project team who worked hard throughout construction. This is a project we are proud to have been a part of. We think the final product turned out beautifully.
