In March 2018, a fire ripped through a local office / industrial building. The fire damaged all interior offices, demising walls, electrical switchgear and the roof. GCM was brought in to help with the restoration of the building which included structural review of the existing structure, complete remodel of interior offices and warehouse. We are proud we were able to help our client work through this disaster and deliver a beautiful new 8,500/sf building.
