Today’s #TBT features a unique tenant improvement project completed in 2018 which included lab, office, industrial, warehouse space and was completed over three phases! The lab spaces utilized new centralized compressed air system, gas distribution system, hydrogen detection systems, HVAC systems for evacuation of O-Zone gases, and DI water system. The office space featured new lobby, restrooms, breakroom, conferencing areas, showers and locker rooms. The final phase included industrial lab space, office and warehouse. The project achieved LEED certification and incorporated DIRTT Modular Wall Systems and DIRTT Raised Floor Systems.
