GCM travels for our clients! We are currently assisting on an apartment project in the heart of downtown San Jose, California. The ground up, 84-unit, six-floor building is wood framed, and features rooftop solar panels, multiple community rooms, interior courtyard, garage parking, elevators, and beautiful wood & tile exterior cladding.
