Over two years of hard work with our project team really paid off in the campus repurposing. What was once the longtime home of the San Diego Tribune office and printing press buildings have been transformed to a modern 330k/sf Class A creative office campus.  The project included upgraded MEP systems, structural upgrades, windows were cut into the existing brick building façade to add natural light into the building and allow tenants to look over the newly constructed common area courtyard. This is a truly unique office campus – Welcome to Amp&rsand!
