Today’s Throwback Thursday takes us to 2018 – Interesting, creative, opportunistic, and successful projects don’t become that on their own. It takes a great design team Gensler & Orness Design Group, client Renovate America, contractor Pacific Building Group, and of course a great construction management team! That’s exactly how this project was so successful. Through attention to the client’s needs from the team, managing/staying on budget and staying on schedule, GCM was able to help deliver this wonderful brand new 10,000/sf ground up Café/Amenity building, and new beautiful outdoor seating area, employee garden, and landscape across the new Renovate America campus in Rancho Bernardo.
