Working to overcome the persistent, and not very San Diego-esque rain, we are beginning to get some momentum back for the framing on this project. The 3rd floor joists are installed and sheathing and 3rd floor framing are about to begin. The exterior wrap and waterproofing systems should begin soon. Site utilities are just around the corner!
