We’re managing the partial rebuild of an existing warehouse building at CenterPoint Commerce Park that was damaged by fire last year. Using the existing exterior concrete tilt-up walls and concrete foundation, the scope of work includes adding new structural columns, roof framing and roof as well as all new exterior doors and roll-up doors. We’re also adding new lighting and an exterior storefront glazing system. The interior will be rebuilt as five new office suites with new partitions, doors, ceilings, lighting, plumbing fixtures and finishes. Bycor is the General Contractor for the project. Ware Malcomb is the architect.
