We provided construction project management services from start of construction through final punch list and occupancy for this 3,000-s.f. corporate café on behalf of a Fortune 500 company. The café was part of a LEED Gold project and incorporated complete kitchen improvements, including new walk-in freezer/cooler; WOK cooking station with specialized hood system; installation of full back-of-house kitchen equipment; and custom front-of-house serving stations with coffee bar. The cafeteria also included terrazzo flooring, banquette seating, televisions, speakers and point of purchase locations.
The architect for the project was RNT.
The general contractor was Swinterton.
