This 30K-SF, 24/7 call center TI for a Fortune 500 company had to remain operational during construction. We provided full project management services, including management of the design, GC selection, permitting, bidding and construction process. Through extensive coordination, our team still managed to pull off complete demolition and remodel of the existing office spaces, modular walls for new offices, a raised floor system, voice and data cabling, security card readers, digi boards, new AV installation in conference rooms, remodeled break room and new furniture and cubicles.
The architect for the project was DGA.
The general contractor was Swinerton.
