Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services, including architectural firm and GC selection, design management, permitting, bidding and construction. Extensive coordination was required with the property management firm as work took place on four floors at 600 B Street, a 24-story high-rise in Downtown San Diego. Key components included an extensive open ceiling plan, a recording studio, a photo studio, an executive wing and a large community breakroom with a modular wall system.
