Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services for The South Parker, including management of the final design, permitting, bidding and construction process. The project consists of 34 apartment units, including 3 low-income units and 1 on-site manager’s suite. The structure is made up of one level of below grade parking and three floors of apartments as well as a roof top deck with amenities. Key construction elements included below-grade shoring, shotcrete walls, elevated concrete decks, wood framing and stucco exterior.
