For this throwback we are taking it back to Renovate America!
Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services, including GC selection, design management, permitting, bidding and construction. Scope of work included 150,000 s.f. of new tenant improvements, a new 10,000 s.f. café building with full cafeteria, a 1,500 s.f. free-standing reception building and extensive site work including an outdoor seating area, a garden for the café and a compost area. This project achieved LEED Certification. Key components included extensive use of open ceilings, a new front entrance to the building, a large multi-purpose presentation room with two modular walls, a large server room and a beautiful main lobby with polished concrete floors, stainless steel handrails and a video wall. The TI component of the project was designed, permitted and constructed in a total of eight months, with the completion of the lobby bldg., café bldg. and site work completed while the TI was occupied.
