Services performed: Gilliland Construction Management provided full project management services, including GC selection, design management, permitting, bidding and construction. The project architect was Safdie Rabines Architects. Scope of work included select demolition and rework of 9,000 s.f. of tenant improvements. Work needed to be coordinated with the tenant and property management as the tenant moved into adjacent swing space during construction and the rest of the project was occupied with other tenants that could not be disturbed. Key components included a new reception area and desk, a new breakroom and new glass office fronts.
